How it works

From a finished job to your next three.

Every sign you plant becomes a live project page the whole street can scan. Neighbors see the real work and an honest cost range, request quotes that are yours alone, and the homeowner earns a reward only when one becomes your client. Here is the whole lifecycle, step by step.

Free to join. Signs at cost. Free leads forever. We make money only when you do.

The lifecycle

Five stages, from job site to closed deal.

Nothing happens automatically and nothing ships without your confirmation. You stay in control the whole way through.

01

Send us the job

Email the details to your private intake address, or fill out a 90-second web form. We draft the whole campaign — headline, scope, before photos — and send it back for one-tap approval. Nothing auto-orders and nothing goes live until you confirm.

02

Plant the sign

Grab any sign from your stack — bulk, generic, printed at our cost with zero margin. At the curb, scan it to assign it to the job and snap one photo of it in the ground. That photo is the honest “it’s live” moment: it proves the sign is really up (we even check the photo’s location against the address), and it starts the 90-day window neighbors can scan it — a fair, shared clock for you and the homeowner.

03

The page goes live and grows

From day one there's a live project page: scope and before photos at kickoff, progress shots as the work moves, and a full before/after case study at completion. The homeowner approves every photo before it appears, and cost shows only as an honest ±15% range — and only if they choose to enable it.

04

Neighbors scan and ask for quotes

The QR code on the sign opens the page in a tap. A neighbor likes what they see and requests a quote — and that lead is yours, exclusively and forever. Every conversation runs through a masked relay, so the relationship stays yours from the first message.

05

You pay only when you close

Win the job and the homeowner earns the reward you set for them. That confirmed close is the single moment we charge: a success fee of 50% of the reward, with a $100 minimum. Set a $250 reward and a close costs you $375 total — nothing before, nothing otherwise.

What makes it different

Built to earn trust — on both sides of the sign.

Exclusive

Leads are yours forever

A quote request from your sign is never resold, shared, or rented to a competitor. It comes to you alone, free, and stays yours for good — no lead auctions, no shared pipelines.

Honest

Real ranges, not averages

Every price is a real local project shown as an honest ±15% range — never a national-average estimate and never an exact figure. Each new sign makes the neighborhood record more authoritative.

Trust

The homeowner is in control

They approve every photo, toggle cost on or off, and hold an absolute kill switch to remove the page anytime. Their name and address are never published — only the display area — so hosting a sign is genuinely safe.

The deal

We make money only when you do.

Free to join. Signs at cost. Free leads forever. We make money only when you do. Your card is collected once, at your first sign order, as a $0 authorization — never at signup. The only time we ever charge is a confirmed close.

Free forever

No membership

Joining, your project pages, and lead delivery are free — permanently. Your account never expires and there's no monthly fee, ever.

Signs at cost

Zero margin

Printing and shipping pass through at our actual vendor cost, itemized on your invoice. We don't make a cent on the sign itself.

Pay on close

One success fee

50% of the reward you set, $100 minimum — charged only on a confirmed close. The rewards themselves are funded by you, the contractor.
