What a close actually costs you.
You choose the reward. The success fee is 50% of it, floored at $100. The total charge on close is the reward plus the fee.

Do I pay for leads that don't close?
No. Leads are free, exclusive, and yours forever. If a lead never becomes a paying job, you owe nothing. You only ever pay on a confirmed close.
What does a sign cost?
Signs are printed at cost with zero margin — you pay only our actual vendor printing and shipping, itemized on your invoice. Yardstick makes no money on signs.
Is there any subscription?
